It is with great honor and pleasure to announce that JHEPALS March issue (2021) is now available online. We take this opportunity to appreciate all authors’ contribution and commitment to the March issue (Volume 2/ Issue 1).

We launched the Journal of Higher Education Policy And Leadership Studies in 2020. In a year which is marked in the world history as we lost numerous members of our society, family, friends, and colleagues. COVID-19 changed human being’s life style and the ACADEMIA was not an exception! We acknowledge all the support we received from the members of editorial team, reviewers, and researchers worldwide. Hopefully, JHEPALS is finding its place among HE scholars and leaders throughout the world; in this regard, we provide a channel to share the unheard voices, to hear HE marginalized members’ views as well as opinions, and help almost all HE stakeholders and shareholders make the right decisions and choices in different levels of management and leadership in Higher Education.

Please share your research with your colleagues, friends, and students as well as within your social online professional networks (Thanks!).

JHEPALS 3rd Issue

 | Post date: 2021/01/20 |

Dear Researchers:

It's with great honor and pleasure to annouce that the December issue (3rd) of JHEPALS will be available on Thursday (January, 21, 2021).

As a newly launched journal, we believe it is pivotal to stick to the highest standards of academic publishing. It means our editorial team try to select the research which meets the maximum criteria in terms of novelty, research rigorous, academic ethics, and content writing.

We avoided hasty publishing as it is the optimum goal of JHEPALS to achieve its broad audience by our commitment to the standards of academic publishing. In this regard, our first volume (2020) is comprised of three issues (June; September; December).

We experienced a year which was more like a DREAM than reality. We experienced lockdowns in almost all sectors of the countries throughout the world. Higher Education and its members also witnessed different challenges and crises which, for sure, will be a commencement of revisions and modifications in the universities' goals, missions, mottos to meet these challenges and crises.

However, we owe our thriving year (2020) to our esteemed authors, members of editorial board, and international reviewers who helped us improve the quality of the research we publish in JHEPALS

We are receiving manuscripts for our upcoming issue in 2021 (2nd Volume/ 1st Issue: March); so, please feel free to submit your works for JHEPALS 2021 issues.

Please stay safe and healthy!

JHEPALS 2nd Issue

 | Post date: 2020/10/14 |

It is with great honor and pleasure to announce that JHEPALS 2nd issue (September) is now available online:

There is no doubt that life prior to mid-2019 might now be like a dream! It is more than 8 months that the whole world is in a war against an unknown virus which we call it COVID-19. All people, no matter of age, gender, social and political status, educational and economic position, as well as those in power and the suppressed minorities of marginal groups might be diagnosed with COVID-19 if he/she does not observe the optimum health prerequisites and prescriptions. Education in its general scope experienced enormous changes and reforms, almost in all its terms and conditions, to both meet the maximum standards of World Health Organization (WHO) medical rules and regulations; and do not deviate from its main goals and objectives. The stakeholders of K-12 educational cycle and Higher Education (students, teachers, parents, principals, academic/ administrative staff, teaching staff, chancellors, board of directors, board of trustees, and …) are engaged in a new innovative way of learning, teaching, and management. In these crises and challenges; hopefully, we can experience a global movement for change from all people towards a more enlightened and hopeful future.

JHEPALS editors-in-chief also experienced the same collaboration and commitment from the members of editorial board who extensively cooperated in preparing the second issue (September). We also owe our progress to our esteemed authors whose research are timely and of interest to the global readers of the core of our journal: Higher Education, Higher Education Policy, and Higher Education Leadership.

Our second issue received 9 research from global researchers; however, we accepted 5 research studies which met the maximum standards of academic publishing and are timely and relevant to the mainstream of the JHEPALS. Based on our journal policy, from 2nd issue (September), we publish an exclusive interview with one of the globally renowned pioneers of the HE, Policy, and Leadership; and a book review which falls within the Aims and Scope of the JHEPALS.

As a quarterly peer-reviewed international journal, we are committed to the highest standards of academic publishing. Our issues are to appear in March, June, September, and December.

First Issue

 | Post date: 2020/01/23 |
Call for Paper

It is our pleasure to announce that Journal of Higher Education Policy And Leadership Studies is the result of numerous consecutive scientific sessions with researchers at national and international level.
From its initial proposal in 2018 upto now, we are thankful to a large number of kind, generous, committed, and cooperative colleagues who participated in our meetings (on-campus/ online) to show their willingness to contribute to our journal.
We had correspondences with more than 70 international scholars whose fields of interest were (in)directly related to the main core of our journal (Higher Education); however, most of those esteemed scholars were not able to join our community due to their alaredy academic/ administrative committments to their universities, students, and journals.
An enriched record of academic/ administrative expertise in Higher education administration, Educational policy, Educational management & leadership, etc.was also our main priority to cooperate with our steemed reputable colleagues in Iran.
Hopefully, an amazing community of globally renowned scholars joined the board of our journal.

One of the main issues which were of high priority in all our sessions was to avoid hasty and rapid publication of research; hence, as a new journal , we had correspondences with international scholars within the realm of Higher Education to cordially invite them to contribute to the 1st issue of our journal.
Once again, we should express our sincere gratitude and deep appreciation to those scholars who agreed to submit their work for possible publication in the 1st issue of Journal of Higher Education Policy And Leadership Studies.

At the moment, all received manuscripts are under review and we hope to publish our 1st issue at the end of February or March.
