JHEPALS 2nd Issue

 | Post date: 2020/10/14 |

It is with great honor and pleasure to announce that JHEPALS 2nd issue (September) is now available online:

There is no doubt that life prior to mid-2019 might now be like a dream! It is more than 8 months that the whole world is in a war against an unknown virus which we call it COVID-19. All people, no matter of age, gender, social and political status, educational and economic position, as well as those in power and the suppressed minorities of marginal groups might be diagnosed with COVID-19 if he/she does not observe the optimum health prerequisites and prescriptions. Education in its general scope experienced enormous changes and reforms, almost in all its terms and conditions, to both meet the maximum standards of World Health Organization (WHO) medical rules and regulations; and do not deviate from its main goals and objectives. The stakeholders of K-12 educational cycle and Higher Education (students, teachers, parents, principals, academic/ administrative staff, teaching staff, chancellors, board of directors, board of trustees, and …) are engaged in a new innovative way of learning, teaching, and management. In these crises and challenges; hopefully, we can experience a global movement for change from all people towards a more enlightened and hopeful future.

JHEPALS editors-in-chief also experienced the same collaboration and commitment from the members of editorial board who extensively cooperated in preparing the second issue (September). We also owe our progress to our esteemed authors whose research are timely and of interest to the global readers of the core of our journal: Higher Education, Higher Education Policy, and Higher Education Leadership.

Our second issue received 9 research from global researchers; however, we accepted 5 research studies which met the maximum standards of academic publishing and are timely and relevant to the mainstream of the JHEPALS. Based on our journal policy, from 2nd issue (September), we publish an exclusive interview with one of the globally renowned pioneers of the HE, Policy, and Leadership; and a book review which falls within the Aims and Scope of the JHEPALS.

 | Post date: 2020/06/22 |

It is with great pleasure to announce that the first issue of Journal of Higher Education Policy And Leadership Studies (JHEPALS) is published on June 22, 2020. As a quarterly peer-reviewed international journal, we are committed to the highest standards of academic publishing. Our issues are to appear in March, June, September, and December.
In order to avoid hasty and rapid publication of research articles, we sent out the received research for external double-blinded review after an initial editorial screening by the members of editorial board (Article Review mean: 104.47 Days). It also needs to be highlighted that we must observe tough and strict rules and regulations to launch new academic journals as obtainment of ISSN is even pending to the release of first issue of the journal. We will also update our articles with journal ISSN and DOI.
Our first issue includes eight research which are timely and of interest for members of Higher Education community worldwide as the mainstream of research practices is in alignment with today’s global challenges and crises in terms of education, economics, leadership, and policy.
Our June issue was released on June 22, 2020; while we are working extensively to publish the respective future issues with no delay; so, our 2020 volume includes three issues (June/ September/ December).

First Issue

Call for Paper

It is our pleasure to announce that Journal of Higher Education Policy And Leadership Studies is the result of numerous consecutive scientific sessions with researchers at national and international level.
From its initial proposal in 2018 upto now, we are thankful to a large number of kind, generous, committed, and cooperative colleagues who participated in our meetings (on-campus/ online) to show their willingness to contribute to our journal.
We had correspondences with more than 70 international scholars whose fields of interest were (in)directly related to the main core of our journal (Higher Education); however, most of those esteemed scholars were not able to join our community due to their alaredy academic/ administrative committments to their universities, students, and journals.
An enriched record of academic/ administrative expertise in Higher education administration, Educational policy, Educational management & leadership, etc.was also our main priority to cooperate with our steemed reputable colleagues in Iran.
Hopefully, an amazing community of globally renowned scholars joined the board of our journal.

One of the main issues which were of high priority in all our sessions was to avoid hasty and rapid publication of research; hence, as a new journal , we had correspondences with international scholars within the realm of Higher Education to cordially invite them to contribute to the 1st issue of our journal.
Once again, we should express our sincere gratitude and deep appreciation to those scholars who agreed to submit their work for possible publication in the 1st issue of Journal of Higher Education Policy And Leadership Studies.

At the moment, all received manuscripts are under review and we hope to publish our 1st issue at the end of February or March.
