 | Post date: 2020/06/7 |

Dear Scholars and Researchers

We cordially invite you to Register with our journal if you are willing to join the review board of JHEPALS.
We might ask you to review one/two manuscript(s) per season.

General guidelines:

The purpose of the double blind peer review is to ensure that the research we publish meets the maximum criteria in terms of its novelty, rigor of the research methodology, innovative findings, alignment of the research findings with the Aims and Scope of the Journal of Higher Education Policy And Leadership Studies.
  • The review must be fair, unbiased, objective, and scientific.
  • The manuscripts must be kept confidential; hence, the assigned reviewers do not have the permission to use the content in their research or share it with colleagues/ students.
  • The assigned reviewers are advised to decline the review request if they think there might be some competitive, ideological, regional, or methodological behaviors which led to unfair feedback and comments on the text.
  • The reviewers must keep the anonymity of the submitted reviews. So, do not include identifying information in your comments or track-changes highlights.
  • To meet the highest standards of the published content in the JHEPALS, the reviewers are requested to introduce other competent colleagues or researchers within the research scope.
  • We acknowledge our reviewers’ commitment as it is a voluntary and unpaid help; however, we ask our reviewers to provide their review within the specified time-frame in the Reviewer Invitation email.
  • The reviewers also have the option to provide some specific feedback to the editors-in-chief. In this case, the authors do not receive such feedback.
  • Please specifically address your comments and feedback within the main content of the article.
  • Avoid unclear and vague comments which leave the authors alone to find the reviewers’ goal.
  • Address both Strengths and Weaknesses of the research in your reviews.
